We operate strictly as an introducer, sourcing opportunities through an established network of operators, fund managers, and deal originators, and introducing them only where investor mandate alignment is confirmed.

How our network works
Our network is how we reach opportunities that are never publicly marketed, across operators, fund managers and deal originators in private markets. Opportunities also come to us directly, through this site and from outside that network. Every one of them goes through the same review. Where an opportunity comes from does not decide whether an investor sees it. Our review does.
Not every opportunity we review reaches an investor. Those that do not clear our internal review most commonly fall short on legal and security terms, on counterparty track record we could not independently verify, or on terms that did not hold up against what was being claimed. We would rather decline an opportunity than introduce one we cannot stand behind.
